Delivery Time

● Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipping method, and other factors. Currently, the global average shipping time is approximately 7–15 days. If your order contains multiple products, we may split shipments based on stock availability. Mixed products can be processed separately and shipped before the estimated delivery window.

       Note: Expedited shipping is not available for APO/FPO/PO Box addresses.

       Japan & South Korea:
       Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150
       Standard Shipping (5–15 business days)

       Australia & New Zealand:

  • Free shipping and paid express options are available at checkout.

  • The estimated delivery date provided at checkout is only an approximation and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.

  • Once your order is processed, detailed shipping dates and tracking numbers will be sent to your provided email address.

Shipping Services

We partner with multiple carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others. We select the most suitable shipping method based on your country. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders to remote regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or mountainous areas) may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

United States:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100

  • Flat-rate shipping: $6.90 (Excludes Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico)

PO Box addresses cannot be delivered to—please avoid providing a PO Box address.

We offer free shipping on most orders $100 and above. If your order does not qualify, shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout page.

Import Duties & Taxes:
Each country has its own import rules, regulations, and taxes. The amount you pay us does not include customs duties or taxes. These fees (if applicable) are determined and collected by your local customs office. For more details, contact your customs authority directly.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–72 hours (custom products may take 5–7 business days).

  • Incorrect or incomplete payment/billing information may delay processing.

  • If additional details are needed, we will notify you via email.

Shipment Time

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment.

  • Our warehouse operates Monday–Sunday (closed on national holidays).

  • During holidays, we take measures to minimize shipping delays.

Package Inspection & Acceptance

Upon receiving your items (often high-value), thoroughly inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage or broken parts, do not accept or open the package. Instead, contact customer support immediately for assistance.

By accepting/signing for the package, you confirm its condition, quantity, and contents.
To protect your interests, we strongly recommend:

✔ Cross-checking items against the packing slip
