TTTTSL Values Your Satisfaction and is Committed to a Smooth Return and Warranty Process. Please read our policies carefully to understand your options and responsibilities.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of shipment. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this timeframe.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in new, and resalable condition for a full refund.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To obtain an RMA number, please email info@ttttsl.shop or contact our online support anytime Monday–Friday. We will respond within 6–8 hours (excluding federal holidays).

Return Window:
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After this period, returns will not be accepted. However, if you wish to exchange an item after 30 days, please contact us—we may offer a partial refund or store credit for your next purchase.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in undamaged packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.

For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping and handling fees. If an order is refused or undeliverable, these fees will also be deducted from your refund. After a full inspection of returned items, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).

Note: If your order has been shipped via express delivery and you have received a tracking number (UPS, USPS, or DHL), please wait until the package is delivered before initiating a return. This ensures your return request is processed smoothly and efficiently.


Replacement/Exchange Policy

Self-Installation Errors:
Our products are designed for DIY installation. However, if you make an error during installation and need a replacement, please email us photos along with your replacement request. We will inform you of the replacement cost, which includes material fees, shipping, and handling. Our goal is to provide replacements at cost price, not to profit from replacement parts.

Exchanges:
If you received the wrong item or ordered incorrectly, you may exchange it within 30 days. To request an exchange, take photos of the item and send them to our customer service. We will respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue. The item to be exchanged must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange Process:

  • Once the returned item is received, we will ship the replacement.

  • If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover all costs, including return shipping labels.

  • If the exchange is due to your error, we will charge a replacement fee, which includes the original shipping cost and return shipping.


Order Cancellation

Once your order is placed, we have only 24 hours to process it. Due to our fast order processing, you must cancel within 24 hours of ordering. If you do not cancel within this window, we cannot modify your order.

If your order was placed more than 24 hours ago, cancellation is not possible. For returns and refunds, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed terms and instructions.

If the item is in stock, we typically ship within 48 hours. If you request a cancellation before shipment and within the allowed 24-hour window, your order will be canceled.


Damaged Items Policy

If you receive a damaged product, report the damage within 5 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible during their investigation.

Please keep:

  • The original box

  • All packaging materials

  • The damaged item (as the carrier may need them for pickup)

We also require photos of the damaged item, including the box and packaging materials.

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us right away.


Lost or Stolen Items

If you suspect your item is lost or stolen, report it within 5 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement during the investigation. To support your claim, we may request:

  • Doorbell camera footage

  • Other relevant evidence

Note: If the carrier denies the claim due to lack of proof of delivery, we are not responsible for replacing the item. Therefore, we recommend providing as much evidence as possible.

As a goodwill gesture, if your claim is denied and you choose to reorder a replacement, we will offer an additional discount. We are committed to ensuring you receive the products you deserve.


Limited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage:
TTTTSL offers a limited lifetime warranty on most accessories, setting a high standard in the automotive aftermarket. Unless otherwise stated in the product description or warranty label, this exceptional warranty covers over 700 of our 800+ accessories.

Note:

  • This warranty does not apply to electronics or carbon fiber products.

  • Most electronic accessories come with at least a 1-year warranty.

Exclusions:

  • The limited lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including exposure to daily sunlight, extreme cold, or heat, which may affect product longevity.

  • Due to the nature of electronics, we provide a 1-year warranty for these items.

While competitors typically offer 30–60-day warranties (or none at all), we are committed to ensuring you remain a satisfied, lifelong TTTTSL customer.

Warranty Terms:

  • First 60 Days:

    • If a product is found defective or non-functional within the first 60 days, we will replace it free of charge.

    • If return shipping is too costly, we may ask you to discard the original product.

  • After 60 Days:

    • For defects appearing after 60 days, customers must submit photos/videos for assessment.

    • Customers may need to cover return shipping for defective items.

    • We reserve the right to repair the original product or replace it with a new one.

    • If confirmed defective, we will ship a replacement free of charge.

    • If replacement is needed but not covered under warranty, we may charge for materials + shipping.

Carbon Fiber & Plastic Accessories Warranty

Carbon Fiber Warranty:
Our authentic carbon fiber parts feature a triple-layer clear coat for optimal UV protection. However, prolonged sun exposure and frequent car washes may gradually degrade this protective layer. Therefore, we offer a 1-year warranty on carbon fiber products.

Note:

  • Slight yellowing of carbon fiber under direct sunlight is normal and not considered a defect.

  • Warranty does not cover clear coat yellowing or peeling, as these are not manufacturing defects.

While most companies offer only 30-day warranties for carbon fiber, we provide extended coverage. To maximize longevity and appearance:
✔ Apply "303 Protectant" or a high-quality ceramic coating for enhanced UV resistance.
✔ Consider Paint Protection Film (PPF) on exterior carbon fiber parts to prevent pitting and scratches over time.


Visual Guarantee for Carbon Fiber & Warranty for Plastic Products

Carbon Fiber Visual Guarantee:
Authentic molded carbon fiber consists of thousands of tightly woven fiber strands. Minor variations in the twill pattern (especially at corners) are normal in manufacturing and not defects.

Plastic Product Warranty:
Uncoated or clear-coated plastic accessories require UV protection if frequently exposed to sunlight or non-garage use. Over time, the top layers of spoilers, diffusers, signal covers, and other horizontally mounted parts may fade or oxidize.

Both uncoated ABS plastic and hydro-dipped carbon-look plastic are susceptible to these effects. Therefore, these plastic parts come with a 6-month warranty.

Extending Product Lifespan:
Follow these care guidelines to significantly enhance durability and appearance:
✔ Use UV-resistant sealants (e.g., 303 Protectant) on exposed surfaces.
✔ Apply PPF (Paint Protection Film) on high-wear areas.
✔ Store vehicles indoors or use a car cover when possible.


Warranty Exclusions

Our products are meticulously crafted for long-lasting quality, but the following types of damage are not covered:

  1. Normal Wear & Tear

    • Natural aging, wear, and cracking (including minor scratches, surface wear, and fading from regular use).

  2. Accidental Damage

    • Any damage from mishandling (e.g., drops, impacts, or physical trauma) voids the warranty.

  3. Improper Installation

    • Damage from incorrect installation, failure to follow instructions, or unintended use.

  4. Misuse or Neglect

    • Abuse, overloading, or exposure to harsh conditions voids the warranty.

  5. Chemical Damage

    • Damage from bleach, strong solvents, or corrosive chemicals is not covered.

  6. Environmental Factors

    • Extreme heat, cold, moisture, or prolonged UV exposure are not covered.

  • Storing/protecting items in extreme environments.
